  • How does my T3 schedule look?

    Hey, im thinking about using some T-3. i have been training hard for over 10 years, been juicing for years too. I am currently on 400mg Test Cyp a week, along with 300mg of EQ.

    From research this is what ive come up with. Ive read that you want to spend half your between your ramping up and at your maitenence dose, and the other half of your time ramping down...

    12.5 mcg 4 days
    37.5 mcg 4 days
    75 mcg 12 days
    50 mcg 4 days
    37.5 mcg 4 days
    25mcg 4 days
    12.5 mcg 4 days
    6.25 mcg 4 days

    Total of 40 days in duration, during this time i will also be adding 50mg of oral winstrol per day, Along with a very clean diet.

      I might go up a little higher than 50mcg. I usually reccomend that people start with 12.5 (or half a tab) and work their way up to 125mcg, then come back down. No longer than 6-8 weeks and not too many times a year. You don't wanna burn out your thyroid.

      See what works for you, listen to your body and u should be ok.

        Might not be able to run the Winny as planned. But i will still be on 400 test cyp, and 300 Eq. Thats 700mg of AAS a week, that should be enough to help keep from loosing that much muscle right? and thats another reason why im capping my top end dose at 75mcg. Ive read that anything over 100mcg, for most people, is getting into the territory where you need to take alot of aas just to keep from loosing muscle....

          Why do you guys start with 12.5mcg? The body produces about 25mcg, so it seems bit odd to ramp up pusing that much. Ramping down it is necessary though.

          I have run a 30 day cycle with it before and thought that was little safer and pretty effective.

            Everything looks good but I would bump the eq to 600mgs a week. Anything under that really isnt worth the money. Run eq no less then 12wks.

                  Not sure about running Eq all year round buddy, although I do think its an excellent base steroid for long courses. I do agree with your T3 schedule though, it is apparently important to ramp down.

                    I run eq and test pretty much year round(a few short breaks) becuase the level i compete at i kind of need to be on something most of the time. I dont recomend that for the average user though.

                          powerlifting

                          in season (12 weeks out from a meet)
                          cyp 1200-1600mg week
                          tren 1cc ed starting 8 weeks out
                          dbol 50mg ed starting 6 weeks out
                          eq- same as offseason


                          offseason (the rest of the year)
                          200-400mg cyp a week
                          300-600mg EQ a week

                          i usually take 6 weeks off after a meet, during that time i just use nolvadex, and keep my diet clean year round.

                          have alot of time before i get ready for a meet which is why i am trying T3, may also try out Humalog post workout in a few months after i have researched that more indepth.
