I would say the same length as a vial...upwards to 1 month is the usual guess in a cold refrigerator.

I think the plastics used for syringes/stoppers are relatively inert, so storing the HCG in pins should be fine.

how would i know if it has been in there too long, and what would happen if i use after it has been in the fridge too long?

I did that once. Seperated the HCG in slin pins @ 500 iu a shot. Used them 3 weeks later was good to go. It's bacteriostatic water, but still don't leave them too long

Leave it too long and the plunger could begin to break down. happened to me once, but it was oil based gear not in the fridge.

I just read in a post on EF that Novarel HCG says 60 days in the instructions (as long as it is refrigerated).
