i was wondering what you guys thought, i have been told that you can take all of the pills at once or you can spread them out over the day, but it will work the same either way. any thoughts?

it wont matter if you take them all at one time or spread them out it will still work the same.Comment

Always spread them out ...It's less stress on the thyroid and more affective in burning fat..Comment

Most athletes begin by taking one 25-mcg tablet per day and increasing this dosage every three to four days by one additional tablet. A dose higher than 100-mcg/ day is not necessary and not advisable. It is not recommended that the daily dose be taken all at once but broken down into three smaller individual doses so that they become more effective. It is also important that Cytomel not be taken for more than six weeks. At least two months of abstinence from the drug needs to follow.Comment

the half life is over 24 hours i think 36 so what would the difference be after the first couple days your levels will be so high it wont matter.Comment
