I've been researching a lot on Eq, and am curious about one thing. I know Eq is a good drug to use for gaining small amounts of dense muscle mass over long periods of time. But is this drug like winnie as in making the muscle you already have look harder somehow? Or just adds Muscles that look harder?

Re: Equipoise
that is kind of loaded question....winny "makes" people look harder because it sucks a lot of water out of your body (which is why joints ache and hurt)...So eq won't do that in the first place but what it does do is give you a higher than normal RBC count (just slightly higher than other anabolics I would guess) which can enhance veins to give that more ripped "look" and the fact that it doesn't put water weight on you, whatever muscle you put on will have a more pronounced look.Originally posted by Slashmonay

Re: Re: Equipoise
good answer. i will add to it, while winny seems to make the striations in my forearms get deeper and they stay as long as i keep the BF down. eq seems to make me more vascular.and because you dont have as much sub q water it does give you the appearance of being more ripped but its the same muscle just less water. but it slowly goes back to normal after finishing the drugOriginally posted by stonecold54

well...no would be the general answer but as in all things in life you need to watch out for yourself any changes...keep track of your BP and make sure you are drinking lots of water and keep a minimal amount of cardio during the week.Originally posted by GreekTank
Is it dangerous to take EQ for 10 weeks if it elevates RBC'S more than other anabolics?

Why keep the the cardio minimal? What negative effects can this have if you do a lot of cardio. I am training for mid-distance races. 3-5 miles and currently running about 20 plus miles a week. I am using a EQ only cycle to help reduce recovere times and give me some running strength, in addition I am doing wieghts 4 times a week. What am I doing wrong?

i ran it with test for 7 months at 600mg wk. never had any BP issues it stayed around 120 over 70 the whole time which is just slightly higher than off cycle. as for cardio on it, i dont know i unfortunately never do it.Originally posted by GreekTank

I just meant do a minimum of a bit of cardio, you can always do more to suit your needs.Originally posted by mr athlete

cardio is good. . .your cardio system supplies the muscles with oxygen. . .so it stands to reason that a better oxygen supply will help to build more muscle tissue. . .I know at least 3 freaky huge guys that are pro or TOP amateurs that do cardio at a low to moderate intensity for heart health and they swear that it was one of the things that helped them get past plateus. . .Originally posted by stonecold54

Running 20miles a week though is not condusive to bodybuilding. .but it does not sound like the guy doing that is a bodybuilder so there is not comparison. ..for a guy trying his best to bulk up keep it in there but keep it light and no more than 3 times a week. .
