    Your heart is a very important muscle. Work it. Just dont go overboard unless it suits your goal. If your eating plenty you wont burn up your muscle. I am very guilty of neglecting cardio and it is one of the biggest mistakes I have made.

      I mean what is the use of being 250lbs of muscle if ya cant go up a flite of stairs without losing your breath. But that is just my opinion.
