  • D-bol doses?

    do you think its better to split your dose into two or take it all at once? Currently taking 5 a day for 4 weeks.

    Splitting it two ways isn't enough, bro, because Dbol has a very short half-life. If you want to keep levels consistant, split your dose evenly into four regular intervals throughout the day.

      :agree: Dbol only has a 4.5-6 hour half life, so it needs to be spaced out as such.

          Go with 40 mg/Day. Every 4 hours is a safe guideline

              I would recommend using 25/35mg ed. Thats all u need to get really great results.Since you are only running 5 a day follow this: Run 4 times a day. "1" in the morning, "2" during lunch,"3" take two before your workout or after din,"4" two and a half hours before bed. As long as you workout hard, consume a good amount of protein,cals,H20 and alot of rest. You should be feeling and looking good, bro.

                With respect, I don't agree.

                Splitting the dose up means that your under constant suppression and untimately the requirement for pct is therefor greater after the course is finished.

                I have tried both splitting the doses up and taking all at once, never noticed any difference to gains either.

                  thanks for the input. this is my fourth cycle that i'm running d-bol with. i've tried it both ways but no big difference either way that i could tell. just wanted to know what you all thought. thanks

                    I don't know if this is the right thread or not, but I'm a 19 year old male and am currently thinking about starting a cycle of D-bol, I saw a pretty good deal for $80.00 on the net and just would like some input on the product and if it's a pretty big risk. Also, if there is anyone out there who could direct me into the right dosages since it would be my first time that'd be great! Thanks alot guys!

                      How many years have you been training? Also I will tell you right now that running any type of steroids this early isnt what you need to focus on. You need to focus on diet and supplements. I bet your diet aint even close to being fit up to use steroids. Not to be a dick but to help you out, NO ONE GIVE HIM ADVICE UNTIL HE POST HIS DIET UP AND TELLS US HIS STATS. Also if you start a good diet you can realize 20-25lbs bodyweight within 6months since you are young and you test levels are high right now. Plus you wont have to worry about joint pains like I have to worry about cause I started when I was 19 bro. I dont want you or any other 17-19 year olds to make the same mistake I did. Do you even know what PCT is? Once you workout with a good diet for 6months w/ supplements then you can think about maybe m1t or some type prohoromone.
                      People think that aas are something you inject or swallow and then you grow no matter what. WRONG! If your diet is up to par you aint growing shit! PERIOD! Yes you will still gain weight but thats only water not muscle. Its all in your diet 85% is diet. I wish when I was your age that someone would have given up their time to right the samething that I am writing to you bro. I am trying to save you from a BIG MISTAKE! You are probably thinking to yourself "Fuck what he says, I will just do one cycle it aint going to hurt me at all and I will stop and never do it again" But the reality is that steroids are addicting. I am currently trying to stop taking aas for good. I am off now but it is hard cause of all the conections I got to easily get it and just start growing fast. But I have to dig very deep into my soul and tell myself that I can do it. Please take my advice and wait. Thats fine that you want to take it but be patient and let your body grow to its natural potential.
                      Sorry if I took up a lot of space writing this but I got into the moment and I felt like I was talking to myself. Just had to let it all out.

                        check it out my brother, 19 seems a young age. Im not too old either im 23. But as in young meaning you still got some more to grow if u eat right and train. MOst guys here will say its too young. I started at age 18, but i regret it because i wish i knew what i know now. Oh boy, if i were eating when i was a freshman in school and throughout, i'd be bigger than i am right now.

                        About starting a cycle bro, depends if u've ever taken any gear yet. On helping u out we need to know how long you've been training, how your diet is like, what your eating.
                        Cause alone roids wont do a thing if you do not have proper nutrtion, training routine, and rest. Its no magic solution, which i once thought back in high school.

                        Also some good advice brother, never post prices over the net. This will attract scammers, them pming u about gear, or just attracting the wrong people. Not everyone is honest here in the boards. Not only that bro, but most places like that on the net are either 1) fake or 2) sting (busts). Thats a no no.

                        Dbol is a good choice for a cycle but not to be taken ALONE. Alone all it will do is make u gain water(bloat) and when ur off it, u will shrink small again. I say this from experience. Its good to take with some Testosterone. But for a first cycle its always good to go with some Test alone. Good gains there amigo.

                          yeah, i used to take it 3 times a day, but that was liquid Dbol. It did me well with good results.:agree:

                            imo, its all because u get big fast while on them. Yeha we grow but when we come off most of us or all of us will lose a small percentage of what we gained. And thats when it starts, the head games. Also, while on them, i feel like if i can lift more heavy and train better. I dont know its all in my head, like as i feel i can do better while on them. I just hate it, wish i could be on without ever coming off, and those nasty sides.
