  • Deca Bloat Question

I was just woundering what would work best for deca bloat; proviron or bromo? I know that the deca bloat is from the rise if prolactin and progesterone so that cancels out all the other anti-e's. so what else might help. i read somewhere that b6 i think it is could help with the increase in prolactin. thanks for your guys' input.

.5 E4D should do the trick. You might even be able to get away with .25 E4D.

Not sure about letro .... I used aromasin and letro ... neither helped my deca bloat.

From my personal experience anti-estrogens (both serm and anti-aromotases) don't help with my my prolactin levels (that is what causes the gyno from trenbolone products and nadrolones)...bromo and dostinex are two prescription drugs that are show to reduce/eliminate prolactin. Bromo has given people sides that are not pleasurable at all so start small and split your doses up (start at 2.5mg/day)...dostinex is harder to find and more expensive but easier on you as far as side affects...B6 has been show to reduce prolactin levels as well to a certain extent...I would start taking it either a week or a few days before to make sure it starts working right away and continue to take it well after your last shot...I would say a dose of about 300-600mg/day depending on how sensitive you are. and proviron is a good idea to take more on the basis that it will keep your libido up when taking a non-testosterone product.

Letro might help if the estrogen from deca was caused by aromatase but in all likelyhood, it isn't. Nandrolone is missing the 19-methyl which, I believe, is necessary for the steroid to be a substrate for aromatase. The likely culprit for nandrolone aromatiztion is a CYP-450. Simply oxidizing the A-ring of nandrolone will immediately result aromatization.

To Summarize: Letro, liquidex, aromasin won't do shit. The only thing that might help reduce estrogen's effects is a blocker like nolvadex.
