  • Cutting cycle - Review my list

I will be cutting down in a few months and have never ran a cutting cycle..Here is what I will have....Let me know what I need to match, for how long and dosages if you will. Oh yeah, I've read a lot where people match clen and T3..I've never heard of T3 and I don't know it's form..I've seen it on lion nutrition, will that be good enough (liquid form)?

    I have...
    EQ
    Clen
    Prop
    ECA stack
    Can get T3 ?

oops...I'm at 190lbs 5'10" and at about 8-10% bodyfat...I would like to get down to about 5-6% bodyfat without loosing too much muscle. Problem is I carry all my bf around my lower belly so I end up losing too much on my arms and legs before I get to my stomach..

It sounds like your diet is up to par bro. Also I think you need to post pics because I think you need to gain some more weight b4 you decide on losing any weight. I am your height and trust me bro you wont be happy.

You're right, but I can't seem to gain the weight evenly..It's frustrating as hell b/c I will gain weight, but it's all in my gut and waist..My arms and legs stay the same..when i check my bodfat my tri's can be at 1, bi's at 1 or 2, chest at 3 and then the supriliac (I know I just fuq'd that spelling up) and abdominals are at 10. Before I started lifting I was a chub at 200lbs..I messed up and lost a bunch of weight too fast and got down to 140lbs and so I had a kangaroo looking fat pouch on my lower abdominals that I can't get rid of..as soon as I start to gain weight that's the first place it goes so it looks ugly as hell.

            danger in weight loss

I would agree with therock....sound like you need to gain more weight before losing.....remember you need 5% essential body fat to support your internal organs.....anything close to that is dangerous.....all the positive things you have done for yourself by bodybuioding is reversed once you enter that lower range....6-8 in unrealistic to maintain....10-12 is very healthy and will give you a look you can maintain an build on. good luck and keep lifting.

Also wheyman I ment to say your diet seems like it aint up to par bro. Reason being, if most your gains are in the waist line you need to change it up. Post your diet.

Oh yeah, I don't drink anything except water or sugar free tang although the past couple of months I started to drink diet big red a lot and tea with splenda.

I don't use sugar, I use splenda and Sugar Twin's brown sugar substitute for my oatmeal.

I don't use butter I use I can't believe it's not butterspray to cook everything.

if you are 8-10% and at 190 lbs at 5'10, you should be very ripped already. I wouldnt suggest going lower then 7% because your most likely going to have to lose a lot of muscle in order to burn that little extra bit of fat. just go on a strict diet to burn that last teeny bit of fat. if you have a gut, your higher then 8-10%
