    I think I am more than ready to start my first cycle, the only thing that was stopping me was the old lady threatening to leave if she sees me inject anything. But the main word here is "sees".

    My stats are 6'4" tall and 260 lbs, with 22% bf. I workout 3-4 days a week due to my work schedule. I can bench 375 lbs for one rep. My goals are to eventually be 275 lbs with 15-18% bf, and to be strong as a freaking horse. My bi's are 18 inches.

    I currently take Methyl 1 Test, and have been taking the prosteroids steady for about a year. I have been working out consistently for about 2.5 years. I am mainly looking for strength and size without the bloat.
    I may get the injectable B12 to get use to the injections.......

        first cycle test E or C 400-500mgs 10-12 weeks with nolva and clomid PCT

          I read some previous post where you are totally against the sust, and recommend test cyp or eth over it...why is this? Im just curious....
          Ive have heard from other peeps that the sust will give you the strength and size without the bloat where as the test cyp or eth will bloat you pretty good....bogus or no?

              this is gonna be a long post! sust ,cyp,enant,prop and every other kind is still just test with different esters (fast or slow release) sust will be exactly the same as test E after 2-3 weeks. the only difference will be the sust will hit you quicker cuzz of the prop and phen. so why pay extra for the samething. along with haveing to shoot ED or EOD to use the fast acting esters. i can get prop 10ml 100mgs and E 10ml 250mgs cheaper than sust 10ml 250 mgs so you can do the math sust is overpriced! there is alot more i wanna say about this but its hard for me to put into words! i think people think sust is a super test when its not its just test like the rest.

                  Well if you got good deals sust is actually cheap and IMO is better only you inject ed or eod so you can take advantage of all the esters, and I would def. run it longer then 10wks. I think 12-16 is perfect cause it has test decanoate in it. But IMO if I was you I would only run 250mgs of test a week nor more then that. I think it is stupid to run more then 250mgs a week on your 1st go around cause your body naturally produces at max 49mgs a week. If you disagree w/ 250mgs a week then your basically saying that an extra 201mgs a week is not enough to gain 15-35lbs. If you think that then you aint that bright. Cause aas arent to miracly get big, they are a supplement to diet. Cause diet is 85%, remember that. So w/ that said I think you should run your 1st cycle like this.
                  Test E or Cypo 250mgs a week wks 1-12 maybe 14wks if you like.
                  Perfect diet
                  Nolvadex on hand just in case of gyno

                    My diet sucks right now....I dont eat the sweets, but its the meals that are killing me. Mexican food is definitely my weakness. If Im gonna do the AAS, Im gonna do it right, and put my diet in check....

                      BigBird...welcome to the darkside... I would only do 10 weeks of test only for your first. just to see how you respond to it.. bloating..hair growth acne..etc

                        From your post BB I think we need to first address your diet and workouts themselves. I think you may be able to reach your goals easily without drugs. You mention you have been taking pro steroids for a year? Is this without breaks? Then you have the issue of your wife leaving you if you partake in illegal activity. Do you really think it is worth losing your spouse over? Not if you truly love her and respect her. Do you have any children? Have you thought of how your decision can affect them?

                        Don't get me wrong I love juice, however I think there are more important things in life than drugs and lifting. Post what you eat daily and how you train. I truly think your goals can be achieved without jeopardizing your marriage and without having to use drugs. Does anyone else agree with me here?

                            Then what makes you think you are ready for gear if your diet aint good at all? I think you need to keep a steady diet for a month a see what happens b4 jumping into gear. If you have a good diet you will gain muscle w/ ease w/o aas. I am trying to help you but if you dont want to listen and just want to jump into it go right ahead but thats a very stupid choice if thats what you are going to do. Also tell me how you are going to run it so I can have an idea of what you mean by saying "I am going to do it right" Also post a diet you think is good for you and I will critigue it.

                              I may not need AAS thats true..today I got 405 for the first time, with a lift off of course. My diets usually are good, but some days they suck. My normal diet normally consist of a cinnamon/raisin bagel with peanut butter, and 12 oz of fat free milk. I have an egg mcmuffin for breakfast on occasion. I have either 60 gram protein shake or a peanut butter/sugar free jelly sandwich for a snack. Lunch is either Subway, or a soy bbq sandwich, lowfat chips for lunch. I then have a peanut butter/chocolate protein powder ice shake for another snack. My dinner suck. On the average, about 15-25 grams of fat, 8o carbs (mash potatoes) and a diet coke. Then I have another protien shake or a peanut butter/jelly sandwich for another snack. The peanut butter is low fat Jif, and will never give that up.
                              I never do cardio, and Im sure that if I start doing it every workout day, that bf will go down.
                              The only thing that I will change for my "dream diet" would be my lunch and dinner, eating more chicken breast, etc...
                              Im also going to start taking some Cell tech.....
