  • Gyno Question

I just finished my 3rd week of my 16 week cycle and I noticed a lump under my left nip about a week ago. I'm currently running prop/enanthate. I stoped the prop but I'm wondering if I should stop my cycle completely. 4 days ago I started taking nolva at 40mg/day. Should I stop my cycle?? Now I'm worried because I was going to start tren up in a couple weeks. This f'n sucks. Never had a problem before.

Chad dude sucks that you are having problems, but I dont think you need to stop your cycle IMO. Try upping your nolva to 60-80 mgs a day and taper down slowly. I think that will help. We probably need someone like house, spidey, stone, to verify what your best options are. But like i said I think upping the nolva may do the trick.

    PD

I would be careful on the nolva dosages for extended periods of time. It can be liver toxic. I think 40 mg ed should keep it from growing but I think you may have a real problem when you add tren with it's progestin activity.

Start taking vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) now. Take 600 mg ed for 1 week and then cut it to 200 mg ew for the duration of your cycle. This will help by suppressing prolactin. Continue the nolva at 40 mg ed. Keep a sharp lookout when you start tren. If it gets worse, stop immediately.

So 40mg will keep it from growing but it will not completely remove it? I thought in some cases after taking nolva the lump actually decreases in size and sometimes disappears? Not sure if I want to add tren into my cycle. I guess I should have dostinex on hand. Should I continue to run nolva throughout my entire cycle? And if so at what dosages? Thanks for your help brother.

Without being on aromatizable AAS or those with progestin activity, 40 mg ed for a couple weeks and then 20 mg for a few months may shrink it right away; it did for me. I have no residual lumps or pointy nips at all. I was saying it may be enough to keep it from getting bigger while still on cycle.

The vitamin B6 will help too. The large initial dosage is intended to supress prolactin and shrink the lump. you don't want to stay on that large of a dosage for more than a week or two as it can start to cause neurological problems. The lower dosage of 200 mg ed is pretty safe and is a good preventative. Especially when taking progestin AAS like deca or tren.

It may be a good idea to go ahead and get some dostinex and take 0.5 mg e3d. That will take care of the prolactin problem. DOn't take both vitamin B6 and dostinex. Dostinex is enough on it's own.

If you want to continue your cycle, take the nolva at 40 mg ed and the dostinex at 0.5 mg e3d. Keep an eye on the lump and if it grows in spite of the nolva and dostinex, you will have no choice but to stop your cycle before you end up needing surgery.

Next time, take 200 mg vitamin B6 ed from the start and 1 mg eod of letrazole or arimidex and you likely will never develop the lump in the first place.

BTW, you don't take wellbutrin or some other dopamine reuptake inhibitor do you? If so, dostinex may not be a good idea. Consult a doctor before mixing those two meds. Interactions may occur.

Thanks a lot for your help brother. I was taking armidex 1mg eod. I guess I need to up that. I'll start taking the B6 right away. i just hope this lump goes away. I'm definitely not going to run the tren this time around. I think it makes sense to play it safe. Should I continue to run the armidex along with the nolva? I'm running test at 625mg/week for 12 weeks? I was going to go longer but I think I'm cutting this cycle short

Spidey, one more question for you brother.

Are my chances greater of the gyno going away if I stop my cycle rather then continuing it for another 8 weeks??

Yes, I would say so. Maybe stop now; get it gone and try again while using preventative measures like B6 and arimidex.
