Wondering what yall think about this product. Seems promising. I looked on the search button but nothing I was really looking for about r-ala. I am looking for alternatives to gear and slin as I am now subject to dope testing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think it's most important to just stay focused, and remeber your going to be more in a stage of maintaing for a while in comparrison to being on. IMO, just keeping the energy levels up for each workout is important. Supplementing other than stuff that pertains to your diet is more motivation than results.

If you are insulin resistant R-ala is a wonderful supplement. If you arent you may not get as much benifit from it as i do.

Bro remember my appetite stimulation thread, I used R-ALA on an empty stomach to lower my blood sugar level thus making me more hungry, let me tell you I felt the effects of hypoglycemia after 45 minutes, so I would say it works!

I was thinking of taking it right after workouts w/ a high glycemic carb and protien drink. Aswell as during the day.

What's the theory behind R-ALA bros, if taken with meals as stated on bottle? is it suppose to shuttle nutrients into muscle faster?
