I posted something similar to this earlier but i believe i had posted it in the wrong forum. Anyway here's my situation I stand about 5'9 on a good day and way in at 183lbs. right now with a bodyfat % of about 11. I train four days a week doing 10-15 sets per body part depending on the muscle group. I have recently come down 15lbs in body weight since january(I weighed 198 at that point) i like to bulk up if you will during the winter. My diet now that I am trying to shape up consists of shakes, chicken, fish and lean deli meats for my protein. My carbs come from fruits, veggies, brown rice, oatmeal, and small amounts of almonds oh and whole grain breads. My training sessions are about 1 hour and 15 minutes for two body parts and 45 minutes for a single bodypart. I supplement my diet with creatine, glutamine, a multi, flax seed oil, and ephedra. I have recently come off of 1T which worked well for me. My only experience with steriods came last year when i did one cycle of winny with good results. Now i feel like i have maxed out my natural abilities. I turn 26 this year and have been working out for about 5 years now. I am looking to do a cycle of test but there are so many types that i would like some input and opinions on what would work best. I would like to put on 10 to 15 lbs of muscle without that bloated look. A bro mentioned cytomel which he raved about but the list of side effects is pretty long, any one have personal experience with this and is it safe to combine the two.

To answer your question with regards to running test, the best test to run if you're trying to avoid bloat while gaining muscle is test propionate. 100mg every other day should be plenty, given your limited use of AAS in the past. If the thought of shooting yourself up every other day makes you cringe, then you could run test cyp along with an anti-aromatase like arimidex or femara. Test cyp only needs to be taken one per week, and an effective dose for you could be anywhere from 300-500mg per week depending on how well you respond to AAS.
As for cytomel (T3), tread with caution. It CAN BE safe to run alongside test for MOST people, provided the dose is kept low enough to prevent shutdown of your own thyroid. If you are going to be eating clean, there really isn't any need for you to take Cytomel. A clean diet and some cardio every other day will get you where you want to go. I'd look at adding some two-week cycles of clenbuterol into the mix before I'd consider cytomel based on your level of experience.

agree with hitman but I would use test cyp instead, if your not use to injections the EOD can be rough. 200mg twice a week with some nolvadex would work fine (I doubt you would need the AI at these dosages.) Letro and ldex are very strong for a light test only cycle. diet is your first defence from bloating. go take a look at canadangold's post here to see what test and diet can do for you : http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...threadid=16753
Tren is not really recomended for a first (this is practically your first) cycle or beginers at all. wait a while before using it.
