    I am 6 ft 185. Trying to gain 8 to 10 pounds of lean muscle. I also have a bottle of cytomel and have read about pyramiding it. I have 2 bottles of eq and a bottle of cytomel. What are my realistic expectations on a 8 to 10 week cycle. My cytomel cycle will only be about 5 to 6 wks tops. My eating regiment is very clean. 5 to 6 meals a day, ( protein shakes and meals). 250 grams of protein and about 80 grams of carbs. What are my realistic expectations? Thanks for your time. Any input will be appreciated. Havnt cycled since college about 10 yrs ago. I started this cycle about 2 days ago. 400 mg of eq for 8wks.

    eq is very mild bro, 8-10 weeks of 400mg per week is going to leave you with minimal gains if your eating 80 carbs a day. you may not gain anything exccept some vascularity....up your carbs and maybe u could gain 4-5 lbs lean muscle.

        I would save the cytomel for latter myself. I am sorry but this is not a good cycle at all. While EQ only cycle is not bad for light gains and hardening this is too little to short. EQ needs to be ran for no less then 12 weeks IMO or at least front loaded (you would have had to take about 1200mg for the first week to get about 77%) . As it it your body will be getting less then 300mg of the stuff until week 6. ant EQ is much weaker then test so don't expect too much.

                research about what sky? Its a weak cycle i know, and i know the perameters of cytomel. What research would i possibly need for a simple cycle of eq. Only question that i had was the expected gains. thanks

                  research about steroids. I am not trying to diss you bro but your running a EQ only cycle for 8 weeks so your really not getting your moneys worth here at all. I would save it for when you have enough to run a full cycle. Also the cytomel is somewhat carbolic if I remember correctly. This just doesn't seam well planed out here bro.

                    :agree: Plus just to let you know you wont gain anything off this cycle because eq starts to kick in about week6 (thats when taken at 600mgs a week) now for you, yes it will kick in at week6 but you will just start reaching 70% by week 8. Meaning that from week 1-7 you will only really be getting about 150-200mgs of eq until week 8 when you will be getting about 300mgs in your system. Skyefire can elaborate (spelling) on this. Oh listen to Skye, he is a chemist and knows his shit bro.

                        I ran an almost identical cycle as a cutter a couple years ago. I ran 400 mg ew boldenone cyp (sort of a quicker acting EQ) along with 12.5 mics T3 and alternating clen and ECA stacks every two weeks.

                        I was just trying to cut some fat and the only reason I had the EQ in there at all was to protect the muscle I had from the catabolic effects of the T3 and tons of cardio.

                        After 9 weeks, I had lost 9 lbs and dropped 4% BF. For me, that translated to 8.25 lbs fat lost and 0.75 lbs LBM lost.

                        As you can see, I did not gain any LBM (in fact I lost almost a lb of it). This was OK with me given my goal of cutting BF but if I had it to do over, I would have run 600 mgs instead of 400 and maybe picked up a lb or two LBM while dropping the fat.
