I have never had to ban anyone yet. but remember that flaming is often less efective then then a good arguement. But I do agree with you that it is these type of people that give roids the rep they have

Yet another bad name for steroids. This is the reason why there are so many teen suicides. They use steroids to make themselves feel better and then when they realize steroids are fixing the problem, they end their lives. Then the media and parents blame the steroids.Originally posted by Arralou

you need to read the post again, you were not the one we were refering to about the ban. what was said was that your friends actions is one of the reasons that steriods have such a bad reputaiton. This is an on going thing in our country and tempers are bad because the more stories there are like this the more trouble we have.Originally posted by Arralou

Ok, I know what you mean. Steroids are stigmatized here as well. I don't think my friend understands how serious it is (enlarged liver and kidneys).Comment

this guy's just looking for help, he understands there's a problem but because of a lack of familiarity with the subject has asked those he has access to. now that he has heard everyone's opinions, and it seems pretty unanimous, hopefully he'll go to this persons family, or have a nice sit-down conversation and help this guy get his act together.
personally, i applaud you, you knew there was a problem but asked questions before you opened your mouth. now that you have the answers, open your mouth and help your friend out.Comment

I just think you should keep being a friend and talk out of being abusive to his body. It just won't take it. Let him know there are other routes...changing up training to some of the more advanced routines that we have on the boards, eating really good and he will be happier with his natural results.Comment

Ok, I will try to talk to him. But it is not that easy when I can't come with any really good arguments. He will just say that "there are guys that use much more than me and are healthy". I know I can't get him to stop this cycle, but I hope I can get him to take a break.Comment

Well, there are many people who smoke that never have problems too, yet others that smoke for a couple years and develope Emphyzema and lung cancer. Thing is, say you have someone that has no medical history, no family history of anything and does steroids. We'll just say that his chances of developing problems are 10%. Then you have someone who has a family history of a few things, chances increase to 20%. Finally someone has a family history, personal medical history then, especially those that are directly effected by steroids, then the chances are bumped to 40-50%.
These numbers are strictly hypothetical too.
He is playing a dangerous game and the cards are already stacked against him.Comment
