have any of you had trouble getting synovex in the mail. i got a call today sayin i need to go pick up my package because they need a signer. kinda makes me nervous. oh, by the way it was shipped UPS. Am i just paranoid?

Unless it was sent as needing a sig to confirm delivery, you're screwed. Don't go to pick it up.

synovex is not illegal to have, it's when it's when the conversion takes place that it is.

You should know whether you are going to have to sign for something or not before you receive it.

^ :agree: If you were not suposed to sign for it or you have not had to do so in the past from the same company..... dont go. A small loss considering the legal ramifications if you were to get busted.

Its legal so you have no worries. Plus if they do try to arrest you, you can make a shit load of money for a wrongful arrest because pellets is legal in all 50 states. You arent converting it so you have no problem. No if you have some other order with that one dont go, but if its just that go bro. The worst that could happen is you spend a night in jail and become rich.

                not worth it

while pellets maybe legal in all 50 states the stigma of sitting your ass in jail out weighs the postiive of getting the stuff..... an depending on when they get you ..you could stay in jail for 3 days.....(weekend) without bond.... as for getting rich..you have to prove damages....an the reason for buying the pellets will come out in trial....you won't get rich, just targeted, embarassed, harassed and still without the stuff

I would call the company you purchased them from, and ask if they shipped it "Signature Required", if not then don't get it. If they did.....go pick the shit up----it's perfectly legal to purchase for your cattle :)

Once you get that first mark of illegal activity, your life will be so much more difficult than it has to be.

Pierced, I would check with the company and see if they sent it requiring a signature. If not, I would really think about if these pellets are worth messing up your plans that you have for the next few months and getting where you want to be in June. It's easy to say, take the chance since you have never been in trouble before, but you can't turn back once you do.
