A friend of mine is starting his cycle he just toke his first injection of 250mg on thursday the 16th. His specs are 5'11 weighs about 178 and has been on extreme workout for about 2 years now. He is 22 now and taking his first cycle. After his first injection he said his ass is still killing him and he doesnt seem to feel any effects from the sust. Ive heard it could take up to 3days to feel any effects from it while others say you should feel it almost instantly. It was one injection of sustanon 250. He is looking for some help on how to go about the injections and how he should feel. His workout scedule is about hour and half a day doing 2 body parts per day and taking off 2 days a week. Bro you dont feel it til like week 4. There is a small amount of prop in there so he shouldnt expect to see good gains till weeks 3-5. From the sounds of things, he shouldnt even be taking gear and needs to do more research. Does he even know what PCT is? -

I know when I take my sustanon shot I immediately turn into Lattimer from The "Program" and proceed to paint my face and do military presses. I can really feel it.Comment
