  • Suggestions Please

    I'm going to have a couple of months off and I'd like to start thinking about a new cycle.

    Meantime, I'm going to be changing my diet. I'll post some ideas on things to eat or not eat in another forum. I'll need some help in that area.


    Cycle Suggestions... I'd like to have Test Enanthate as a platform and build off of that and add accordingly.

    Goals are to bring out more definition and maybe add some strength along the way. Thanks

    how many cycles have you done and how old are you? test E or C is a great choice to base your cycle around.

      25 y/o, 5-11, 230# 13%b/f

      I've tried 5 cycles to date.

      Nothing was ran to extreme measures, just trying different things to see what worked the best for me.

      I've experimented with Deca, D-bol, Test E, Sust, Test Suspension, Anadrol.

        Did you ever incorporate Nolvadex, Clomid, HCG, or any other ancillaries with all those compounds?

            Yes, I incorporated HCG and Clomid.


            HCG mid cycle and post cycle and the clomid starting the last week at 100 mg's a day for 2 weeks, then tapered off to 50 mg's a week for 2 weeks.

              I never had a real need for Nolvadex. I was a lucky one who never had a problem with Gyno, but I still have a little bit on hand just in case. It was cheap so why not.

                    50 - 75mg's day or EOD?

                    Is it best to make it yourself (save some $$)

                    Or buy it premade?

                      i am a big fan of test only cycles --

                      you can add tren at 100 mgs eod --

                      as for leaning out --thats diet and cardio bro -- not gear choice

                        You should make some yourself...nothing wrong with buying premade... but today tren is easily counterfeited, and if you make it yourself you know exactly whats in it... and you save alot of money makin it yourself... and i agree with house do 100 mgs eod.

                          this is true but i have noticed if my diet stays the same the tren will lean me out some(enough to make me notice)

                            Looks like 750 mg's/wk of Test E
                            100 mg's Tren EOD

                            I'll probably start the Tren at about week 3 of the cycle, run it for 6 weeks and then continue the test for another 3 weeks then lay off for a while.
