  • First cycle finally complete. Thoughts?

    week 1: cypionate @ 500mg/wk, eq @ 400mg/wk
    weeks 2-5: cypionate @ 400mg/wk, eq @ 400mg/wk
    weeks 5-10: cypionate @400mg/wk, eq @ 400mg/wk, proviron @ 50mg ED
    nolvadex as needed.

    pct 21 days later:
    day 1-7: nolvadex @ 50mg ED, 3 scoops NO2 powder, 600mg 6oxo
    day 7-14: nolvadex @ 50mg ED, 3 scoops NO2 powder, 300mg 6oxo
    day 14-21: nolvadex @ 40mg ED, 3 scoops NO2 powder
    day 21-30: nolvadex @ 25mg ED, 3 scoops NO2 powder
    (no2 to cause nitrogen retention, important in pct)

      This is a cycle I put together for the summer I have yet to start, sorry for confusion. I'm looking for any opinions on it or if there's anything I missed. Thanks

        i see if its your first cycle why dont you try test only and save the EQ for a later date. the reason being is your gonna want to know how you react to certain drugs if you take 2 at the same time you wont know what did what.

          I agree stick with the test at 500 mgs/wk for your entire cycle, this is sufient for your first cycle, also leave out the NO2 product during pct, it does more harm than good. I also think you can lower your nolva dose from 50 to 40. Start your taper from that dose.That should be enough there is no need for overkill, and I dont really see the need for the 6oxo either. If you are looking for a cell volumizer then try some satur8 or swole v2 creatine.

            Just interested how the increase of NO in the system during PCT does more harm than good?

                Since cyp and dbol usually take 5 weeks to kick in, I was thinking of using dbol to kickstart the cycle... what dosages would you guys recommend and is this a good idea?? Also would the addition of clen be a good idea too or would it be overkill since I already have proviron in there. Thank you gentlemen!

                  the dbol i feel it in like 2 weeks. Thats why i love it so much but notice 3 weeks.


                  Hey bro just stick to a TEST ONLY cycle bro. Go:

                  400-500mgs a week for 10 weeks

                  then do ur pct. Just remember to eat a little more after the cycle so u can retain ur gains. Trust us on this one, u will gain alot of u train, eat, and rest properly. Save the eq and dbol for the second cycle. Just check out how test reacts to u for ur first cycle. U'll be good to go.

                      whoa!!! who told you dbol takes 5 weeks to kick in??!!
                      Dude i notice dbol in 1-1.5 weeks, and the longest ive used it has been 6 weeks but usually only 4. I would say by the 2nd to 3rd week i am feeling dbol full strength.

                        Oh shit my bad I meant EQ not dbol.... My goals are lean mass with (hopefully) no raise in bf%, I'd like to lose some at the end of the cycle actually.

                        I want a 8-10 week cycle so I'm thinking kickstarting it with dbol and ending it with a hardener (proviron) will be effective....

                        Is straight test still the way to go or should I stick with my guns?

                            Please don't take this the wrong way but is apparent that you certainly need to do more research before you dabble in AAS. People here have repeatedly answered your question yet you keep asking it seemingly to get approval for extra the substances included in your proposed cycle. Test only was the concensus for a good reason- you have no idea how your body will react to one substance, not to mention a stack of them. If you do encounter sides, how do you know which one is causing it or how much to lower (if not stop) the dosages?


                            What makes you even think that you need test or other anabolics to gain mass in the first place? You should address that question first before cycling questions. If you REALLY want some meaningful help (and not just some reassurance about what anabolics to take into your body) you will need to give some personal background first. You may not even need to shoot any test to make substantial gains.


                            What's your age, diet, training regimen, sleep amounts, height and weight? What exactly are your goals? In other words, what do you hope to accomplish? All the juice in the world won't do you any good without proper nutrition, training or rest. You'll just waste your money and endanger your health if you don't have the necessary background information and precautions in place.

                              sorry i gave that impression, ive done alot of research on pct and dosing but apparently not enough... only harping on adding the proviron because there are many sources that have told me it really increases the cyps effectiveness, some live by it. and if i add clen at the END i would know tests sides by then, correct?

                              training...
                              mon- back, abs
                              tue- chest, cardio 30-40min
                              wed- bis/forearms, abs
                              thu- rest, cardio 30-40min
                              fri- shoulders, abs
                              sat- rest, cardio 30-40min
                              sun- legs/tris, abs


                              diet...
                              ***8am - 1 cup plain oatmeal, 1 tsp flax oil, sliced banana as topping. 1 orange, and small egg beater skillet (turkey, cheddar cheese, garlic) if i have time
                              ***10am - handful of saltfree nuts, water
                              ***12pm - protein shake w/2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 scoops whey protein, 1 banana and a lean cuisine whole grain pasta lunch, diet pepsi
                              ***2pm - 1 lower carb pita dipped with hummus, v8 low sodium juice
                              ***5pm - 1 lower carb tortilla w/ tuna and 1 tbsp light caesar dressing, water
                              ***6pm - 6oz apple juice, lift
                              ***7:30pm - protein shake w/2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp peanut butter
                              ***8:30pm - 1 or 2 chicken breasts/salmon/beef, side salad w/ light dressing

                              my meals generally look like this... id like to gain muscle but i really dont want anymore bf, im at around 12%

                              stats: 21ya, 6'0, 186lbs
                              sleep: recently 12am- 8am, weekends (im in college :D) generally 3am-eat 8am-wake up 11am)

                              ive been training aggressive for 4 years, i used to be a 221 pound fatass (not muscle) but lost 46 pounds and got down to 175lbs. all this time ive only gained 11lbs muscle!! obviously my test isnt low at 21 but a plataeu has been hit i cant find the strength gains lately. hope this will help. cheers.
