OK, well whatever you do, do it safely. Honestly, you shouldn't even be taking any extraneous test yet. You're levels are probably high enough now. In actuality, your gains aren't coming as fast as you would like because of either you're not eating enough (and at the right times) or you are somehow lacking in training or possibly even overtraining. If you ask a lot of people who've juiced for years, they'd tell you to reach your full potential naturally first before add in any AAS. Naturally built muscle stays over the long-term and you suffer from less fluctuations in size than with AAS aided muscle. You can always build off of that when you max out your genetic capabilities. A great body takes time to build and you have come a long way in a short time. Try not to be so impatient though when it comes to building lean body mass. Your lack of success probably was nutritionally related.

Anyway, a thorough bloodwork examine would be a good idea and also would verify this. You need to establish baseline (non-AAS) bloodwork before you start a cycle because you need to know if you have any health issues unbeknownst to you. Stuff like liver values, natural test levels, cholesterol, and many other levels are very important in determining if your body can even handle AAS. They WILL affect these levels. Someone with high cholesterol or liver/kidney trouble may be putting their lives at risk by taking AAS. If you decide to take this course, you can then compare blood work afterward (more preferrably during mid-cycle) to see what is actually happening in your body.

I'm just trying to bring certain health and training aspects to your attention before you start a cycle of AAS. You might want to spend that money on food to get better results instead, while tightening up your training routine. What I was asking for was not your upcoming diet but what you HAD been eating. That is the first indicator as to progress (or lackof) in mass gaining. Check out diets in the nutritional forum and ask questions. People are quite knowledgeable here and will be glad to help you, if you've done the preliminary research first. I hope this helped. Good luck.

        thanks guys,

i planned on getting bloodwork pre-cycle but now im having second thoughts... basically i want to start aas at the best possible time and it seems like this ISNT from what you guys said. i even had a auto bp machine to monitor blood pressure.

basically my goals are just to cut/lean mass... would just a simple 2 week on/2 week off cycle of clen be better? im thinking of cutting off the cycle if i will hamper gains later in life.
