i was reading an article by some guy today and this is what he wrote
"But for the most part I leave the morning shot for when I am dieting, my other method for when Iam growing ( i dont really bulk up as such) is to do 10 units in my delt before my workout, i do this to quickly boost the level of the enzyme insulinase for my workout and then post workout i do another 10 units in my delt or whereever "
why he want to boost the level of the enzyme insulinase ? doesnt it break down insulin ?
any ideas !
