  • PCT Question?

Hey this summer I am doing research on running Test Prop/ With Trenbolone Acetate. Does anyone know how long one should run clomid and nolva after the end of an 8-10 week cycle, I will definitely be using Nolvadex throughout the cycle to avoid gyno and water retention as much as possible, but should I be using clomid as well throughout the cycle, and what dosages and how long should I use clomid after the cycle. I still need to do some more research on the Prop and Tren dosages. I have done one cycle in the past, Test Cyp 500mg every week, for 10 weeks.

    Thanks... The WARRIOR!

do you know that the prop and tren need to be ED or EOD injections? as far as PCT goes there are many diffrent views mine is.
40mgs nolva 100mgs clomid ED for 2 weeks
20 mgs nolva 50mgs clomid ED for 2 more weeks.
if you search this question you will come up with alot of different ways and alot of more info you probably dont know about i sugest you search good luck.

Did you also know that Nolvadex will not prevent progesterone gyno which is what tren can cause? You'll need something such as Parlodel or Dostinex to help in that area.

As far as PCT......I agree with Rocket except I would try and run HCG 250 I.U. twice a week through your whole cycle as tren can really SHUT YOU DOWN HARD.

Take 200 mg ed vitamin B6 to suppress prolactin and you will likely not need bromo or dostinex.

Also, nolva will help prevent ANY kind of gyno since estrogen is absolutely required for any kind of gyno to develop.

As a preventative, yes. That is all you need. Zinc is good too. A recent study I read showed that most athletes were zinc deficient and furthermore, low zinc levels contributed to lower test levels and higher estrogen levels. This suggested to me that zinc supplementation may help avoid gyno by keeping test levels higher and estrogen levels lower.

If you already have a problem with lumps and lactation, you need a higher dose of B6, up to 600 mg ed, for a week or two. Again, ultra high doses of B6 are not without risk. It can cause neurological problems like tremors, etc. 200 mg has been deemed safe enough for long term use by several peer reviewed journal articles I have read.

In personal terms, I am gyno prone. Tren/test will produce gyno within a week or two in me. Deca is bad news too. I have run a nandrolone enanthate cycle before while taking 200 mg ed B6 and high dose Zinc (don't remember the zinc dose) as the only preventatives. I did not even get puffy nipples, little lone gyno. So, I would say it works at least for me.

Make sure you are talking mg and not micrograms. I think the recommended daily allowance is pretty small and things like centrum only contain 1 or 2 mg B6. 200 mg is really a very large dose that is probably 1000 times the RDO.

Also, make sure the B6 is pyridoxine hydrochloride and not pyridoxal hydrochloride. For some reason I do not understand, the pyridoxal hydrochloride is not effective in suppressing prolactine but the pyridoxine hydrochloride is.

I took 100mg twice a day starting a few days before I started the cycle and ending with PCT.
