Guys i need your advice, i have a major BB comp coming up in 30 days. I really need to give it my best and to look nothing but the best, I was 2nd last year, this year I want to become part of our national team.
Currently I'm only consuming about 10% carbs and increasing now my protein intake. I don't know my fat percentage but I could probably say that I still have about 30% fat that needs to go.
My pre-contest preparation this year is still similar with the one i did last year but I could say though that I have gained more muscle mass this year.
Here in our country, we only have limited access to some thermogenic supplemnt, they are namely: Ripped fuel, Ripped Fuel Extreme, Xenadrine, and Thermogain. I can't use anything with Ephedrine because of the doping test, so which of the aforementioned supp is appropriate for me? Is there anything more i could do with my preparation? Any suggestions or comments are welcome!!
