Europe or US product

My last supplier is unreachable. got a ref on a guy, but he ships from Europe...I've never bought from foreign soil. This guy says he's got 100% success rate. Passes the smell test.

I've heard the horror stories before, but just wondering...anybody doin business with Europe these days, and are supplies makin it through?
