  • First cycle...

    Well i will be doing my first cycle in the next few months... I have been reading alot and trying to learn as much as i can.

    I am 19 and have been lifting since i was 15... I am 5"9 180lbs right now...

    A friend ran a Test E cycle only and did very well.. And im wondering if i should run Test E only or should i run something else w/ it also?

    And how many mgs's should i set my dosages at? i think he did his 200mgs twice a week. Does that sounds good?

    First off, many are going to tell you to wait a few years before trying AAS....but, if you meet certain conditions, I will spare you that advice:

    Have you been working out since 15, or working out hard and taking in adequate protein to grow since 15? If the answer is the latter, keep reading.

    Are you 180 pounds in so-so shape, or are you 180 lean pounds?

    If your answer is the latter again, then it's quite posssible that you are ready to try AAS. However, if you answered differently than the criteria I laid out, then hold off and try training for with an ideal split and a dialed-in diet for another year or two.

    Test only is definately the way you want to go. Some on here will say 500mg/week for ten weeks, but I'm a big believer in trying lower doses to begin with; you may be someone who gets great gains from lower doses, but you will never know if you hit 500mg of test on your first cycle. I'd try 300mg per week of test enth or test cyp for 10 weeks. Be sure to have some nolvadex on hand in case you run into gyno complications (its possible even at low doses), and be sure to do a search and know about Post-Cycle Therapy ( PCT ) inside and out before you start.

      your not finished growing at 19, you may not grow any taller but other things can keep growing into your tweenties, I would wait a couple of years at least

        I have been training since i was 16... And training pretty hard. When i was 16 i was about 180+lbs ( a short fat ass). And i got on a high protein diet and trained.... Leaned out. And became too skinny.

        Then i did a clean bulk and started getting results. Now i am bulking and going to see how much more i can pack on in the next couple months...

        i weighed in today at 183lbs at 13-15% body fat. My goal is to bulk to 205lbs.

        Just wanted to get my questions about gear out of the way... Because i am going to start in a few months for sure.

          19 is just to young to risk serious side that cant be changed. not knockin anyone 5-9 but would you wanna be stuch at 5-9 if you were ment to be 6+. i started smokin at 15 or 16 and i think i messed with my height im 6-1 but my bro is 6-4 and dad is 6-2 there are many other thing im sure can go wrong also.

              I very much doubt im going to grow anymore...

              Even tho i wear a 13 shoe... But dont think that realy matters.

                  well we ALL been there and we all know for damn sure that if someone is interested in AAS there is little to no chance that they will listen to the people who tell them to wait. Especially when youre 19!!!! You are impatient and think you know everything at 19 and thats just how it is......so at least you are sensible enough to start at a small doseage, but keep in mind that if your diet is not top notch then you are wasteing your money and time and risking your health for nothing worth while.....not to say you wont get results but your results will not be as dramatic as they could be if you did everything right!!! And AAS is too expensive and you only get this one body in this lifetime to mess it all up just b/c you thought you knew everything, and didnt take the advice from people who have been down that road.

                  Diet and training really do count for %75 of what you look like. Genetics play another %20 and AAS should only be about %10 or so of your focus and quest to attain your ideal physique.
                  This is how i see it and others % might vary slightly but i think everyone can agree that AAS is only the iceing on the cake with diet, and training being the cake.

                  So if you have your mind made up, which im sure you do b/c youre 19, then at least stick to the smaller doses of single drugs. No need to use anything but test for your first time.

                    if your intent on running gear -

                    test only -- stick with a single ester enanthate or cyp -

                    300 mgs for 10 weeks with a solid diet and good training should net you some decent gains -

                    i advise against use cause of your age but i am on the otherside of a computer your going to do what you want !

                    300mgs is all you need dont let anyone tell you different !! more is not always better!!!

                    you need to run post cycle therapy [pct] when done - nolva will do just fine with this cycle -

                    start it 2 weeks after last test injection -- 40 mgs for 14 days then 20 mgs for another 14 days

                      Im not going to go ahead and do it now... I am going to somewhat take you guys advice and wait a bit... Prob not as long as you guys think i should.

                      But im gunna do a very long bulk and see what i can do. Mainy focus on my diet and training to make sure i can get the full amount of gains off my 1st cycle.

                        NO! unless you get a kick outta sticking a needle in you then why?
                        Enanthate and Cypionate dont need to be injected more then once a week.
