I agree with Intim...keep it to 1cc for smaller muscles. 5/8 should be fine for shooting those muscles as long as you're not carrying a lot of bodyfat.
well if you are small like yourself then I wouldn't go over 1/4 cc in each spot ......:D just kidding. I think 2 ccs is fine in triceps. I have never shot biceps though. I use 5/8 inch 25 gauge for everything and I see no problems.
