I just got off a 5 wk injury setback. Im wondering how to do my next gig. Normally Im getting shredded for summer. But my injury {minor}, has caused me to lose some size in musculature. It happened 4 weeks after t400 cycle. Id like to do some sus to get size back starting April 25th. I run something for def. and hardness with sus. If yes what and when should I start it.
