Got 100 x 10mg of var, how much a day 30, 40, 50 too much?
how well does it work with winny got 50 x 50mg thinking of 50mg winny 30mg var? and how much milk thistle needed? any help will be appriciated, all new to this so apoliges in advanced, 6 1", 210 @ 20% what should i expect from this stack:D
