it depends it usually the gear but if your nervous and move the pin around too much then it can get sore from that as well

I know what you mean, it's hard to reach around with both hands to aspirate. And the pin flops around like it's stuck into a wild rhino. Is there a one-hand technique?

LOL All sorts of answer in this thread. The two main reason for the pain is either msucle trauma from moving the needle around or from the alcohol in the oil. Alcohol is used to dissolve powder into a liquid and either high mg or certain esters need more alcohol to dissolve them. So, higher alcohol = more pain.

Adding sterile oil to the gear will help the oil/alcohol ratio and help disperse the alcohol more and create less pain. I've tried everything else and that has proven to be the best.

Heating pad and rubbing it. Next time heat the oil up before injecting it and go slow. Also forget the ass. Put in the quad so you can reach it and go slow. Then massage the area and if you can do something to get the blood flowing to the area. I like the stair climber cause it always gives me a huge pump in the quads. Do you have a lump where you injected it?

right in my shoulder. my whole shoulder is swollen. once again 2nd night in a row that i couldnt sleep. Ive applied ice, heating pad, and icy hot.

If the pain is so bad that you cant sleep for 2 days sounds pretty bad. Are you using a brand new needle when you inject? I take a really hot shower before I do my shots softens up the muscle a little and makes sure your clean. I found that the rear delts hurt less than the front.

Well I've slept maybe 6 hours total over the past 2 days not being asleep for more than like 3 hours at a time. I use a new needle every time. I use a 20g to draw and a 23g to inject. I take a hot shower hop out the shower dry off inject then hop back in the hot shower and massage the area. This is like my 12th injection and this one has hurt so much that I'm done. Only like 2 out of the 12 injections I wasnt sore for 2-3 days. I think I got some bad gear. I got sachets.

sounds like it is the gear and the not the actual injection that is causing the pain. probably to much BA.

I have used that stealth stuff and had a very similar thing happen it was like the third injection or so and man the next day it was hard and felt like I had been hit with a ball pen hammer. by day 3 I was worried I had an infection cause I could see the lump through my pants and it was hot. So I googled "injection sight pain with stealth" and it is a common thing it is not from bacteria it is the oil. The advice given on all the boards I read all said make sure it is hot and go very slow. Since I have followed this advice I never had another problem. Btw it took 5- 6 days for the pain to go away.
