Weeks 1-10 Primo. Depot PW 400mg
    Weeks 11-12 Susp. ED 100mg
    Weeks 7-12 Winny ED 50mg
    Weeks 9-12 Masteron EOD 100mg

Weeks 1-2;5-6;9-10 Clen Up to 140mcg
Weeks 3-4;7-8;11-12 ECA 25mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine; Twice daily
Weeks 6-10 T-3 Up to 70mcg using the 5%/40%/55% rule.

    -3 days after last shot 300mg Clomid/2-7days after 100mg/8-21 50mg
-May throw in HCG before starting clomid

Also have decided to throw in GH starting at 2iu's daily going to move to 4 iu's daily in a week or so. I'll definitely be running this all the way through and probably as long as I think I can afford it.

I do have a question on my t-3 usage. Without the GH I would have possiblly run it as I have listed above if I would have needed it, but now with the GH I will probably run a dose of 12.5 mcg. Should I run that t-3 the whole time I'm on the GH or should I run it for a while and then get off of it. And if i should run it for a while should I run it closer to competition time or should I just start it now.

My diet over the last 4 weeks has been pretty solid. Right now I'm eating P/C/F 305/190/50 Roughly 2500 calories. I give myself one cheat day out of the week. I'm weighing in at around 191 lbs. Cardio will start as well this week. I will post other info. as time goes on and pics as well.

That's what I'm going to do, my dilemma is should I run the t-3 for a certain amount of weeks or should I run the t-3 the whole time I run the GH.

Also if I should only run the t-3 for a set amount of time, would it benefit me more to run it closer to competition time or right now. Competition isn't for 12 weeks.

Well now I'm 9.5 weeks out until my first show. I was a little behind in my diet but I've caught up and things are going well. Anabolics are starting to kick in and I can feel the muscles starting to get a bit harder. I've also increased the GH to 4IU's 5 on 2 off. School is just about finished and I'll be able to start doing cardio on a much more regular basis which I think will help a great deal. I'm also finishing up my first round of clen (2 weeks on 2 weeks off) and I'll be starting ephedra/caffeine this upcoming sunday.

As far as in the gym, I changed my back routine to try to get the upper lats to come out more and I've been hitting chest hard to bring it up as well. Abs are starting to come around and there's not too much left to pinch at the bottom of my abs. All in all things are on course. I'll post pictures in a few weeks.

Almost 8 weeks out from first show and 10 weeks out from second. I got my bodyfat checked today and I'm in the upper 9% range. Weight is a probelm though, with the anabolics I'm actually around 194 or so. This could end up being a problem as for the first show I want to be around 166 to fall into the weight class that I want to be in. I could just let things fall as they may and end up in the next weight class, but I'm a realist and don't believe that I will have the muscle maturity needed to be in the running in the next weight class. Training has been steady although the GH has me so damn tired all the time. It's about time to start kicking in some serious cardio though because I have an idea of what I want to look like in about 2-4 weeks and that is the first goal I am going to try to meet. I've been doing cardio not routinely but about 3 days a week for the last couple weeks. I think I will start kicking that up a notch and start waking up a little earlier to get my cardio in on an empty stomach before I go to work. That's all for now. Hopefully I can get some pics up in a few weeks.

Hey bro, not the first show I've done. I'm not doing these shows for 2nd place. I don't think I can win the novice middleweight class that's why my goal is 166 so I can fall into the lightweights. The second show I'm going is the one I really want to be in my prime and it will follow the open division weight class cut offs so I'll end up being a middleweight but that go round at least I wouldn't have the chance to compete against someone weighing 187. I think I could cut and end up around the upper 3's or low 4's in bodyfat and be around 172 but as I had said, the first show the weight class i would fall in is the middles which is (don't quote me on this but I know I'm almost right) around 166-187. So me being at 172 and competing against a possible 187 is a bit of a disadvantage. The next show however the weight class I will be in will be from 153-177 (probably not exact but close) so i'll end up in the heavier part of that class. Sorry for the long and drawn out explanation just wanted you to know why I have to get down to 166. Thanks for your response.

Ok, 7 weeks out from the show. Checked bodyfat again....9.3%
Things are going good, starting to get harder. Had my cheat meal last night and this morning I am a lot harder and fuller. I think things are on track have to start tanning soon though. Also I'm trying to decide what cut style posing trunks I want to get this time around.

The only thing I'm worried about is making the weight. I'm at 188lbs. and still need to lose 22 more pounds. If I see that I can't make the novice lightweights in the first show I may just say to hell with it and compete in the open middles. The competitors may have more muscle maturity than I will but I guarantee that I'll be more ripped and have deeper cuts. I'll post pics in a few weeks but here is one just to show about where I'm at. Doesn't show all that much but you can get an idea.

Ok guys, I have still been dieting and staying very true to my diet. Things have been going well, need to kick up the cardio a little however. I believe that I will be skipping the first show I had planned and putting all of my focus on the second show. The second show is a lot more important and I don't want to have to deal with the possibility of rebounding bad after the first competition and end up screwing myself for the second one which is just two weeks later. It would mean I would have a one week break and then back to contest prep week. I almost have my contest prep week finished and I will post that as soon as I am finished with it. Here is a more recent pic though so that you can see about where I'm at. I'm 5 weeks from the show.

Keep up the good work man-I'm not sure you could lose 22lbs without losing significant muscle mass as well. From your info at 7 wks out, 9.3% at 188 means you are only carrying about 17lbs of fat. I'm not sure it would be a good idea to get all the way down to 166.
