Carbs MUST be consumed for these two compounds to work?? It sounds contradictory. I've always heard that BB'rs cut carbs before shows to get shredded, and are usually using these two compounds so how does this work?
I can't remember where I read that, but there was an article on one of the boards that said that not taking in enough carbs doesn't produce good metabolic effects with clen. I'll try to find it.
