  • 2nd cycle question

    I did my first cycle stacking enatate 250 and deca 300. I have done PCT and been off for about 3 months now and am getting rdy for 2nd cycle. As with my first i wanted to keep using the same product. do i need to run them higher or can i run it the same as i did? thanks for help.

    1st week - 250mg test
    2nd week - 250mg test 300mg deca
    3rd and 4th - same as second
    5th thru 8th - 500mg test 600 mg deca
    9th and 10th - 250mg test 300 deca
    11th and 12th - 250mg test
    and then one last week if needed to flush out deca?
    then PCT?

    From this last cycle i gained about 25 - 30 lbs of muscle. Ive now lost about 10lbs since being off.

    stats: 6'3 216lbs 13%-15% fat

    was 230lbs

    I'm sorry but that is a dumb cycle. there is absolutely no point in ramping up the dosages with long esters gear. go read this even if it isn't your first cycle http://www.chemicalfitness.com/forum...ead.php?t=3574

    here is a better version of the same thing
    500mg of test a week (cyp,e or test deca) weeks 1 to 15 (14 for test deca)
    300 to 400mg of deca a week weeks 1 to 14
    nolvadex as needed
    Start pct week 17 with 40mg of nolvadex ed for 2 weeks then 20mg ed for another 2 weeks
