  • my cycle- after researching

    Basically I am working with what I could get being in Rural MB and I have done my research, I want some feedback and please no flaming on me.

    I know this won't be perfect and I have read through alot on superior muscle and the newbie basics and realized that every other time I have done AS was wrong and just throwing my money away.

    I didn't spend enough time researching it and I want to research it more and more before I start again.

    I am a marketing executive for an Ad company and I didn't really have alot of time to read up on this stuff, so now I am making time.

    this is what I came up with after months of careful consideration.(this is from newbie basics with abit of a change from what I can get.)

    wk 1-4 Dianabol 20-30mg ed
    wk 1-12 sustanon 500mg ew
    wk 3-14 Deca Durabolin 200mg ew
    wk 6-7 propinate 50mg ed
    wk 7-8 test suspension 25mg ed
    wk10-12 dianabol 20-30mg ed

    As for PCT i have clomids and will have nolvadex on hand too.

    Also my stats are: I am 25 175 lbs 5'10" and pretty lean

    If you have already bought the gear then do this. run the 500mg sust with the dbol up front. finsh with the test prop. like this

    500mg sust weeks 1 to 12 (14 would be better.)
    200mg deca a week weeks 1 to 12
    30mg dbol ed weeks 1 to 6
    75mg test prop ed weeks 13 and 14 (if you have it)
    nolvadex as needed
    Start pct week 15 with 40mg of nolvadex ed for 2 weeks then 20mg ed for another 2 weeks

    That is a pretty hefty cycle for someone your size though (for a first cycle at any rate) You really should do some research

        Dude run some test cyp and see how you do, like 300 wk. I get good results with 200. Do that, eat, train hard, and get plenty of rest. More is not better. Try this do just some ol' fashioned down home hard work in the eating and training department, and do like 2-300 and youll grow nice. Too much stuff and yu'll get lathargic, lose your appetite, rest will be affected, and increased long term sides become inevitable.

          This will be my forth cycle. before I only did 5 week cycles. 2 were test E and one was just sus.

                because we(friends and i) failed to do any research at all. I am suprised after being here for 2 months looking at stuff that so many people that I know do not do stuff properly.

                We all have been buying 10 amps of test and calling that a cycle over 5 weeks.

                        Thanx for the input guys. I know how to eat properly I have just been letting it slip while at my new job, I am so busy.

                        I want to get my input of protein back to 220grams a day over 6- 7 meals and get enough carbs and watch my fats.

                        Also I need to make sure I eate better on weekends cause I love the MCdees

                          sound like you know what you want in a diet now just do it. and dont worrie about the mcdees on the weekends your a lean 175 the extra junk wont hurt. everone should have a cheet day.

                            Skye fire thanx for the link to chemical fitness it is a nice addition to my Newbie 101 basics, I am printing it out and giving it to my friends, so they will get some sense smacked into them and decide to research this stuff before it kills them.

                              Goddamn bro... just run the test for 500mg a week and see how that goes...

                              Its my first cycle and thats what im doing... Wednesday will be 2 weeks.

                              BTW nothing happened yet except i think i noticed im getting leaner
