Just started a 10 week cycle of verimone and aquaveron with 5 weeks in the middle of sustanon. I currently weigh 12 and a half stone. what sort of gains can i expect? This is the first time ive used sust.

Eat alot, gain alot, eat a little, possibly gain little or drop body fat.
No way to tell, you are what determines that. Hard trianing, lots of rest and food and it can be alot. -
