How long do I have to stay off a cycle???

I am currently taking omnadren. I have 4 weeks left and I take two a week. At the end of the 8th week how long do I need to wait till I take another cycle???

normaly time on = time off in your case 8 weeks but when you get to know your body you can tell when you have fully recovered then you can start again but i would recomend the time on = time off.

Don't forget your pct. remember your pct does not count as time off. but i would say time on = time off is the safest way to go. me myself i dont use that method but i wish i did.

Depends on your goals.

I guess you could get blood tested and when your natural levels are back, then it's safe to say you could go on again. But personally I don't even come off.
