I was also wondering if any has ever injected into there biseps or triseps. I have only used my shoulders and glutes

As a rule, injecting biceps and triceps isn't all that desireable. Quads would be a much better choice for an alternative injection site. I've recently discovered that lats are a great spot to hit too.
