If you're trying to use winni to try and burn fat, you are very mistaken. AS is for building muscle not burning fat.

diet and cardio. although GH works wonders and me personaly tren makes me lean also.

No, AS builds muscle. So the purpose of running gear while cutting is to help maintain muscle while dropping calories and there are better choices than winni.
