Currently on a 10 week cycle of Karachi Sustanon 250 (500mg a week)
Right now im at week 3 (week 3 starts tommorow) and ive went from 180 - 185 so far but not any serious gains in strength..Not that im complaining or anything but just want something..
Does anyone have like a GENERAL timetable of how things are supposed to occur (For example like week 7-8 blah blah blah is supposed to happen)
I just want this to make sure im eating right and training properly.. i want to keep close watch and make sure i get the best outta my cycle and not waste time. So if im missing something right away ill know.
