post cycle recomendations

no no no... you obviously didnt read that right... i take 20mg Nolva a day for the LAST 2 WEEKS of a 10 week cycle... then if i feel i need more, i take it... theres no point in taking more PCT than you really need too... also, imo, there is no point in taking Clomid after taking Nolv... i know alot of people do take both, but ive read enough about both to know that taking Clomid after taking Nolv is by NO MEANS a necesity... not only that... you can say "PCT goes something like this" all you want, but in the end, its all a personal preference.. just cause thats how PCT goes for you, dont mean thats how everyone should do it...

man.. i by NO means claim to know it all... but i will say that im not speaking by "i read this so i know this"... im just speaking from experience, and what seems to work best for me... you know what they say... if it aint broke, dont fix it!, right?? im just sayin i know theres always room for improvement....

If you're taking Nolvadex while you are still on steroids, then you are not rebounding anything. You have to be completely off for the however long it takes for the compounds to break completely down in your body. (Find the 1/2 lives of the compounds you're doing and start after as many days).

I repeat and this is not a personal preference : The only way to truely know how you're natural test levels are doing, is through blood work. Going by the size & consistency of your loads, how your balls dropped back to size doesn't mean much, how your sex drive is increased, how you 'feel', etc... doesn't mean you're fully recovered. After doing ten weeks of gear, there's a very likely chance you're shut down pretty hard (depending on what you did) and it will take a very long to rebound naturally, during which you'll probably loose most of your gains.

Some people prefer taking clomid and nolvadex together as PCT, but I have seen better results based on blood work from clomid alone then I did the combo or Nolvadex by itself.

Bro..... it is evident, after all these people have attempted to help you, that you have yet to grasp the basics of the AAS regimen as far as PCT is concerned. GH is an entirely different thing, please do not start injecting substances into your system without knowing their side effects. You need to do more research. BTW, How old are you? is this your first AAS cycle?
