i have never used decandrol 300 before but have seen people use it with good results ... but they were all about 190lbs... im 6'3 290lbs and i was wondering if it was ok to use it my biggest fear is getting fat off of it. im in the gym 5days a week and doing about 8 hrs of cardio a week ... im also using a fat burner called tight. the person selling it says it will keep my fat levels down... this is my first posting im a new member ... can i get any help thanks

Whats up buddy...listen...deca 300 is an ok product and will work well injuction with sustenon 250 each week...best thing to start is about 300 of deca and 500 sus per week....
Now yes you will gain mass and muscle however the more muscle you gain the more fat burning that will occur so at first you will see a slight gain in weight but at the same time with a healthy diet and heavy weight training you will loose some inches on your more fatty areas!!!! so go ahead and give it a try.....also remember this cardio burns calories but if you create a weekly regime your body will get used to it....your body needs to be stunned in order to really burn the FAT calories...some weeks incorporate cardio 5 days a week for a few other weeks do it in a 2 day span and keep your body guessing after a few weeks of this and good dieting you will start seeing a few results. Remember the more you put into your weight training the more calories you will also burn!!! I will leave you with this....Swimming is the best form of cardio...low risk of injury....especially while on heavy weight training....you can last much longer in the pool...and you can switch to different swimming forms to keep your body moving and guessing to burn more quickly....ill keep an eye on this daily so in a few weeks let me know how everything is going!!!!what ever you do STICK TO IT
