Hi -- I stopped my GH-only run after 2 cycles. Taking
a break to get some test. This was the first ever
GH run for me. Had a test run a year ago that was
cool though I noticed nothing. My test level is 500.
I believe midpoint for my age is about 600?
My plan is to startup the test at the same time as the
next GH cycle as I wasn't on the test when I was doing
morning 1iu GH that made me sleepy all day. Couldn't
believe how badly I slept on the stuff.
I am not a bodybuilder but would like to lose some
of this excess bodyfat (I don't look fat) and have absurdly
low levels. Stats: 73-90 ng/ml IGF-1, 47 years old, 180lbs,
6ft tall, 22% body fat -- obviously not a great specimen.)
So the question is how much GH and test do you
think I need? I was planning on doing 1iu/day 6 on
1 off, in the evening at about 6pm, with a week off
every 4-8 weeks and 100mg test cream on the arms
daily in the morning, for life.
I can move up either the GH or test if you think this
isn't enough. No need for bodybuilder levels but
some fraction thereof might help me. Conversely,
I can start at these and move up slowly and watch
for signs that I've gone past optimal which is my
next question. What are those signs for GH+test?
