  • stupid newbie needs help!

    what's going on everybody???

    i'm brand new here so please forgive me. here is my situation, i am 21, 6' 1'', and 160lbs. my body fat is around 12% and i cant gain weight! i thought i had a very veauge idea of a.s. but after reading a few threads here i realized that i know absolutely nothing about them. my goal is to get to aroun 210 to 220. sometimes i think my metabolism is on crack because i eat like 5 or 6 large meals a day and i have no results. if someone would be gracious enough to give me some insight to some different stacks and methods like oral vs. direct inject and stuff like that i would really really appreciate it. product names would really help too. thanks alot everyone!

    Just keep reading. You will find all the info you need in time.

      Just keep experimenting with your diet and training for now. Don't rely on juice to get your results..What I mean is this..Even when on A.S. your diet, training and rest must be on target or your gains will be limited and they won't last once you get off your cycle. I've seen it too many times where the local guys will gain about 10lbs off juice and then they shrink back down once their done with their cycle.

      Just be patient and the gains will come once you find what works for your body. Make sure you are eating evey three hours, you getting enough protein, carbs and fats.

        there can be to many anwsers for your question i also agree that just keep reading and reading you will find just about everything you wanna know i also agree with the others on your diet i think you need to eat more post up your diet in the nutrition section and someone will come along with plenty of advise. also welcome to the board.

            Dude, I totally feel for you. I can't gain weight for nothing either. Matter of fact thats why I decided to join this forum too. I need help help as well. Welcome! Brotha and keep on researching.

              Not being able to gain weight is a function of diet, trianing and rest. 1) you may not be eating as much as you think. Make a daily log and track it. Most are surprised how far off they really are. 2) Make sure you're eating the correct foods. You can't pour sugar down your gas tank and expect your car to run. Your body is the same way, you feed it garbage, you get garbage. Being a hard gainer can suck, and it IS harder to gain as the term suggests, but by no means excludes anyone from gaining weight...just takes longer and sticking to your regimine closer.

                I believe food is your problem. I used to think i consumed a lot of food. Then i ate the same food as a BB and i came to realise i was not even close. What does your diet look like?
