When to take anavar

When is the best time to take my anavar. I am up really early to go to work so usually i take it around 7:30 in the morning..I dont lift until 6 at night. should i just take it before i work out or am i just fine with what im doing already.

what is your dose? you should be splitting up your doses at least twice to three times a day.
