  • clen and alcohol

    whats up guys,
Ive been dieting clean now for almost 7 weeks (lost 11 lbs) and i just got my clen from lionnutrition. I am going to start the clen within the next several days. I was wondering if it is dangerous at all to drink alcohol while on clen. If i drink at all, it will be very little; however, i might be obligated to drink some. If there are health risks associated with using clen and drinking alcohol i will wait until i know i have 2 weeks free. Thanks alot

    Peace

it's not going to be anymore liver toxic to my knowledge, I can't possibly immagine a time when you are going to be obligated to drink though.

Well...if there is a bachelor party that he is attending it is damn near imperative to drink then. Bad things, or good just depends on how you view them, tend to happen and it is best that no one remember. I know that if and when my bachelor party comes around...if you're not drinking you won't be there long! :P

you should be fine with a minimum of drinks. Just use your head and keep it in moderation.

If you're going to be binge drinking, skip the clen the day before and the day of the binge just to be safe. Dehydration is the #1 concern, as clen causes you to dehydrate via sweat while alcohol is a diuretic. Alcohol also can have an effect on heart rate, and large amounts increase the chance of arrythmia, so it's probably best to not have clen causing your heart to race if you're planning on drinking a lot.

if i were to skip the day before and the day of, would i just continue the next day as if i had never stopped. For example if im at 100mcg's, and the day before i drink im supposed to bump it up to 120mcg's. If im off for those two days should i bump it up to 120 the day after or is that not safe either. I know u need to be careful not to up the dosage too quickly. Also, im probably gonna just go puke this up the first chance i get, but that might make my dehydration more severe. Any suggestions on that? Alright, thanks alot guys, peace

Don't bother trying to puke on purpose when you get home...odds are the majority of the booze will already have been absorbed into your system. The best thing you can do to limit the dehydration is to make yourself stay awake for awhile and drink a Gatorade or two when you get home. Eat some fruit too...carbs help.
