I was 3 weeks into my last cycle when I noticed a lump under my left nip. I immediately stopped and started taking nolva. The lump has shrunk but I can still feel it. You can not notice when you look at my chest but I know it is there because I can feel it behind my nip. I have been off a couple months now and I’m wondering how long I should wait until I start another cycle?

Have you guys ran a cycle without the gyno getting worse?

If I start one should I run nolva and armidex together? If so how much of each?

Or should I give it another couple months and see if it goes away??

just make sure you run nolva from jump bro -- 20 mgs ed -- that should keep it from growing -

Def have arimidex on hand. The tamoxifen at low dose, as stated above may be enough. If you need to use the arimidex, start out at about .25mg twice a week, then increase from there. IMO, people start their rimi dose waaaay too high, so some may not agree with my dosing.

What is your future cycle going to consist of?

^ Important questions if you're dealing with substances that may cause progestrone gyno. I like to use liquidex (arimidex) with all cycles at .25 per day. Should do the trick if it's estrogen induced gyno from test or something along that same line.

I was 3 weeks into running test (prop+cyp) when I started to notice my gyno. That's when I immediately stopped. I was planning on running tren as well but I didn't since I discontinued that cycle.

I would realy like to run that same cycle again without the prop.
Weeks 1-16 cyp 600mg/wk
Weeks 6-12 tren 75mg/ed


If I run the tren I will definitely use dostinex. But not sure I need nolva and armidex for 600mg of test??

What dose of test were you running last cycle?

If you're very prone to gyno i.e. if you were running around 600mg last cycle and started getting gyno, I see no reason why you shouldn't run the liquidex, why not be better safe than sorry....?

I was running cyp at 600 and prop 100mg ed. I was planning on dropping the prop after running it for 4 weeks.

So should I use nolva and armidex? At what dosage?

If you're using the arimidex I don't really see a reason for using the nolvadex. If you do a search you'll find the mechanism behind both of them preventing gyno and it will explain in more detail.

As I said, I go with .25 everyday and it seems to do the job for me. You'll get a lot of different opinions on this one though. You could try running it like shortz said and if that works for you then great, if not, up the dose a little bit.
