Still been makin it to the gym but my diet has suffered from the limited amount of time i have. Do you guys think I'll still gain off this cycle?
    my cycle is pretty basic

Well I think you will gain but im sure your gains will suffer because of the diet side of it.

why not take some extra protein shakes or bars bro. When i was working last summer i'd put on about 12 hours at times and it was hard but i would take some extra protein and bars, helped me out big time.

In the post I made a while back on questions you should ask yourself before starting AS, one of the questions was:
"Do you have enough time to sleep, eat, train, and do everything else you have to do in a day?"

The reason I put that one on there is because if you don't have enough time to do those things then you are wasting your money, time, and adding the health issues that go with AS........and doing all of these things without getting the full benefit of your cycle.

I'd take it as a lesson learned for next time. As far as will you gain, well if you've been eating and training then yes, you'll gain, but as it has been said, not as much as you would have gained if everything would have been in place.

I hear you about the job. I just took a new position and the last couple of weeks (the last month actually has been hell. for myself I have just had to put things off until I have time to take things back up.

Oh i know what your saying bro I didnt seen this coming my manager quit so they gave me his job so as of the first few weeks i was fine. I planned this cycle for a long time but the circumstances at work kinda screwed me up.. didnt see it coming. I'm using this weekend to plan out how i'll finish the rest of it off. I'll go shopping this weekend and stock my desk for good. Thanks for the replies guys I'l let you know how it goes.
