  • Hey guys, I'm new here

Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to get back on cycle. I've been lifting hard core so now I'm back on track. Can anyone give me some helpful suggestions on retaining my muscle after the cycle? I'm running a test-e cycle for 12 weeks and will be running nolva for PCT Hopefully my PCT andf a good diet will ge enough. :dunno:

What's your diet look like? 12 weeks of test would call for some hcg. If you can't get some, then go with clomid w/nolva. Keep the protein high.

Thats what I figured too, I'm eating 6-7 times a day and I'm trying to keep my protein intake around 300 grams a day. I was just gonna run the nolva, but it sounds like it might be a good idea to run a low MG dosage of clomid. I really appreciate your advice. I'm not too familiar with HCG, why would you use HCG over clomid and where can I get some HCG?

Nothing gets the gnads going again like HCG. However, HCG is slightly suppressive so you will still need to use nolva and clomid even if you had some. I believe they get it from the urine of pregnant women. However HCG isn't legal without a prescription, so unfortunately you can't ask that question.

LOL. I'm sure you probably know, but just to make sure that you don't end up pinning your girls piss, you can't get HCG out of it like that.
