    I'm a total noob! i'm 5'8" 175lbs with excellent mucle tone. i'm just starting my first cycle (i've never juiced before) i've been lifting off and on for years.
    i'm doing 400ml of sust250 a week plus 400 of durabol-100 by syrus labs a week......actualy 200 of each every 4 days. I sort of pieced this together off of info I have read i need input and suggestions...what kind of gains can I expect? should i get some clomid?

      does the cycle look right though? i'm eatin like 5-7 time a day right now but closer to 5 tons of protine with breakfast being the biggest meal at 6 am

        list out exactlly what you eat bro. believe it or not, food is the biggest part of this game. steroids help but it is food that will make or brake you.

          6am 6 egg whites 1 with yoke, protine shake with 1 bananna and a tspoon of peanut butter, 1 piece of low carb bread with honey. 9am 2 individual yogurts a apple water. 12pm chicken burger fries a piece of fruit...depends because im at work, 3pm can of tuna turkey sandwitch creitine, l-glutimine. 6pm gym. 730-800pm dinner protine shake, 2 chicken breasts rice corn......bed, work, eat sleep, gym, work....lol.
          thanx for the help guys i need it, I feel a little sketched being new to gear and all

            I'd like to see a protein bar added to your lunch...the protein you get from a sandwich or chicken burger just won't cut it.

              Its not bad bro, I think you need more whole foods. That chicken burger sounds like it has alot of of junk in it. Eat more beef, Oatmeal, Natural PB, veggies and such. check out the diet section for more help.
