Just started new cycle after taking 9-10 months off so I could get my wife pregnant. By the way she is pregnant now, hence the cycle starting.
Im only at end of week2 and all ready feel awsome pumps. Man this is great shit.
I am modifying my NAvy Seal workout to do more weights (heavy) and less endurence training to try and maximize gains. I don't want to cut the endurence training out because I have all ready seen some good results.
I have been increasing in strength and cadio capabilities.
I picked up and ran last Sat morning and was able to go 3 miles without stopping (before I could not make 1 mile).
I will take BF and measurements in 2 weeks and let you know the tale of the tape.
