I think that when tutim says minimize female side effects, HE is refering to estrogenic rebound that can occur post-cycle.

I have posted an easy-to-follow PCT regimen that works well for me many times on this site. It's been awhile, so I'll do it again.

The following assumes HCG reconstituted to 1000iu/mL, 20mg tabs of Nolvadex, and 50mg tabs of Clomid. A bit of simple math will adjust for different strength tabs or liquids.

Day 1: 1/2mL HCG, 1 tab Nolvadex
Day 2: 1/2mL HCG, 1 tab Nolvadex
Day 3: 1/2mL HCG, 1 tab Nolvadex
Day 4: 1/2mL HCG, 1 tab Nolvadex
Day 5: 1/2mL HCG, 1 tab Nolvadex
Day 6: 1/2mL HCG, 1 tab Nolvadex
Day 7: 1/2mL HCG, 1 tab Nolvadex
Day 8: 1/2mL HCG, 1 tab Nolvadex
Day 9: 1/2mL HCG, 1 tab Nolvadex
Day 10: 1/2mL HCG, 1 tab Nolvadex
Day 11: 1 tab Nolvadex, 2 tabs Clomid
Day 12: 1 tab Nolvadex, 2 tabs Clomid
Day 13: 1 tab Nolvadex, 2 tabs Clomid
Day 14: 1 tab Nolvadex, 2 tabs Clomid
Day 15: 1 tab Nolvadex, 2 tabs Clomid

OK guys thank you. I am a male..LOL sorry if i confused you guys. I know that I need a pct but I wasnt sure what i was. Now that I understand and read info on it I beleve I will purchase some Nolvadex. You guys recommend tabs or injection?

I usually get the pill form. The liquid form (oral) is usually easier to get, but it taste like shit.

Your most cost-effective option is probably the liquid from the store. Just click on the link => tamoxifen

ok i see the layout for the pct. Now when do I start that? Right after my last injection? Im going to do just the nolvadex.

If you are doing EQ then you want to start the nolva 3 weeks after your last injection.

I got my test and Eq in today finally. I have my injection totals planned out thanks to wheyman and hitman. I have one more question. Do I take the dosage 7 days a week even though I dont workout all 7 days? Thanks guys.

Yes. I would do Monday and Friday injections.

You're certainly not supposed to inject 7 days per week! Take 1cc of EQ and 1cc of test twice per week...I like to shoot on Mondays and Thursdays when I run test and EQ.
