been running ldex for a few weeks and still look and feel bloated as hell, is there anything better i coulda be running to keep the bloat down? I'm on a test/deca cycle.

my diet consists of lean meats (turkey/chicken) and carbs all come from whole grain sources. Go thru about 1+ gal of water a day too so i'm not convinced its anything diet related.
